1. Who we are

LS Evolution LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We operate the Evolutionaries Club and the Isca Club free-access program for the book series The Evolutionaries Series.

2. What data we collect

When you join the Isca Club, we collect:

• First name and email address — to deliver the book and communicate with you
• Your answers to 2 open questions (your stuck pattern; what you've tried before) — to personalize your experience
• Consent timestamp — to record when and how you gave consent
• If you submit a video testimonial: first name, last name, profession, city, country

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver The Line in 3 parts via email
• To send engagement follow-ups and, if applicable, a sales sequence
• To use approved video testimonials in marketing materials (only with your explicit consent)

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / LGPD Art. 8): explicit, informed, and revocable consent given at the time of opt-in.

4. Who we share data with

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — email delivery and contact management. Data may be stored in the EU. Brevo Privacy Policy
• Google LLC — form collection via Google Forms and Google Sheets. Google Privacy Policy

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your contact data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

Video testimonials you've authorized for commercial use may be retained for up to 5 years unless you withdraw consent earlier.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (EU, UK, Brazil, California), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing)
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Object to processing for direct marketing

7. Cookies

This landing page does not use tracking cookies. Google Fonts may load from Google's CDN (covered by Google's privacy policy).

8. Children

This service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
