The Cohort 1 price is a temporary, limited launch promotion bound to the signup window above. It is not a permanent discount or a vested right for future signups. From Cohort 2 onward, the Standard Price applies. Cohort 1 subscribers keep their price for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted, subject to the renewal and price-change rules in Section 5.

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish our content or the RNG methodology; reverse-engineer or extract source code; use our content to build competing products; or remove copyright/trademark notices.
You own the content you create (notes, responses, EgoKai messages). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the service for you (including sending your messages to the AI provider — see Privacy Policy). You are solely responsible for your content and warrant it violates no laws or third-party rights.
You agree not to: use the services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; harass or abuse others (including in the Club community); attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware or overload our infrastructure; use unauthorized bots/scraping; use EgoKai to generate illegal or rights-infringing content; or share, resell, or publicly disclose the RNG methodology or exclusive content. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
EgoKai produces automated AI responses that may be inaccurate. It is a personal-development tool and does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. LS Evolution is not liable for decisions made based on EgoKai responses.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific personal-development results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LS Evolution LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In any case, LS Evolution's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
LS Evolution LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. No member, manager, or contributor is personally liable for the company's obligations, to the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved by individual, binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitral institution, seated in Wyoming (USA) or conducted remotely. The parties waive jury trial and class actions where permitted. You may opt out by written notice to luizrenatodeassissouza@gmail.com within 30 days of accepting these Terms. Small-value disputes may alternatively go to a competent small-claims court.
